Phillip Khan-Panni, CEO , is a professional speaker, author and trainer/coach in communication skills and cross cultural communication. He is the UK’s first and only Silver Medallist in the World Championship of Public Speaking, and has been UK champion a record seven times. He is a Founder of the Professional Speaking Association and Inaugural UK Business Speaker of the Year.
His business background is in selling, advertising and Direct Marketing. As Classified Ad Manager on a national newspaper, he tripled revenue in the first year. He was Senior Copywriter at Reader’s Digest, London, for eight years and Managing Director of PKP Communications Ltd, a Direct Marketing Creative Agency.

Dr Deborah Swallow is recognised as one of the finest trainers in Britain, having won the 1999 National Training Award, the highest accolade in the business. She brings to an organisation her skills and experience in cross-cultural business practices, academic learning, and the practicalities of hands-on business operations. She is the author of Culture Shock! Finland; Thriving and Survivng as an International Manager and co-author of Communicating Across Cultures; and Make More Sales with Better Presentations.
Deborah is a professional speaker, a Fellow and former Director of The Professional Speakers Association. She speaks on business issues from the viewpoint of an entrepreneur. Deborah has the ability to pass on the theory and substance of her own training, along with a depth of understanding and insight, to busy executives in a way that meets their understanding and needs for the challenge of change, transition and growth. Her Masters degree was in Management and Business Development, and her Doctorate is on the hot topic of Managing Knowledge Across Cultures. She speaks French and Spanish.
